What is Listing Watcher?
Listing Watcher is a service to better monitor loan listings on peer-to-peer lending sites.
We provide to you the ability to track your listing’s progress over time.
Why would I want to use Listing Watcher?
Some lenders want to evaluate a listing over time and Listing Watcher provides a much more detailed
Watch List than what is available using your Prosper account. Your Prosper watch list only shows you
where a listing stands at the point in time you are viewing the watch list page. Our Watch List shows you
incremental views of the rate, number of bids and percent funded so that you can see how a listing changes
since you began watching it.
You will be able to see how "hot" a listing is by the rate at which it reaches 100% funding or how aggressively
other lenders are bidding on the loan.
Listing Watcher allows you the opportunity to be even more granular in your evaluation of a peer-to-peer loan.
Is Listing Watcher affiliated with Prosper?
No, Listing Watcher is not endorsed by, owned by or affiliated with Prosper Marketplace, Inc. in any way.
Does Listing Watcher work with Lending Club or any other peer-to-peer lending sites?
No, Listing Watcher does not work with Lending Club or any other peer-to-peer lending sites at this time.
It is a goal of Listing Watcher to integrate with other peer-to-peer lending sites that expose their data
via a real-time API, we don't know that Lending Club is doing this. Let us know!
At what interval does Listing Watcher record listing data?
Listing Watcher takes a snapshot of each listing on your Watch List every 15 minutes and
keeps this data for you to view as long as the listing is on your Watch List. This interval
is subject to change without notice.
Is Listing Watcher a free service?
Yes, Listing Watcher is free up to and including watching 5 active listings. A Premium Account is
required to watch unlimited listings at a cost of $2.89 per month.
If I pay for a Premium Account, is my payment information secure?
Listing Watcher uses PayPal for secure payment processing. A PayPal account is required.
Listing Watcher never obtains your payment or contact information. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express.
Listing Watcher will accept payment without requiring a PayPal account in the future. We apologize
for the inconvenience while we grow our service.
How accurate is Listing Watcher data?
Listing Watcher performs real-time queries of listing in order to record data snapshots. Barring
a communication error between Listing Watcher and Prosper, the data represented on Listing Watcher
should be very accurate. While we do our best to maintain this policy of accuracy, Listing Watcher
cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the data.
